Seated Leg Press.
Hold the resistance band with each hand and place one foot in the middle (pic 1),
Using the resistance of the band, extend the leg out in front (pic 2)
Shorten the band to increase the resistance,
Bend back from the knee to the starting position and repeat the repetition.
Progression – both legs at the same time
Always ensure you are dressed appropriately to exercise, stay hydrated and be safe.
