In this review, Tsering Aglo, a literature professor at the College for Higher Tibetan Studies, Sarah, examines Dambu Tenzin's book on linguistic research of the Latoe dialect from South Tibet. Tenzin's work is pivotal for understanding the intricate traditional Folk Song Collection of Latoe, which is the book's main focus. Aglo also explores the deep cultural importance of Latoe's traditional folk songs.
