"Skyline Pt II" (Demon) by pocke | Geometry Dash 2.2

For the 10th level of the NCS album collaboration, we have "Skyline Pt II" by pocke. I invited him to the project very early on because I really wanted a level by him for it, as I wanted to mix up the styles more, but that actually happened before the song was set. So for a few months, pocke was just waiting for the song for his level to be done. This is pretty much the only creator I invited without having a song done and corresponding visuals in mind beforehand, but despite that, I'd say pocke delivered one of the best ones overall.

Once the song was done, we quickly realized that it's a sequel to a classic NCS song. They understandably requested a city theme to match that (like their video backgrounds), but aside from that, pocke was free to do anything. I'd say he executed the theme perfectly. In the first half, you travel through many unique city areas before reaching the drop with the cityscape in the background. The mix between this part of the song and the visuals feel really "NCS", making it a great entry for the collaboration. Aside from the visuals, the drop also plays incredibly well in my opinion. I've beaten the level numerous times already just to replay this gameplay, and I hope that the community enjoys it too. The earlier parts also play pretty nicely, but the drop is definitely the highlight for me with its satisfying synchronization. This should be an Easy Demon once rated.
