What happens when both of your parents go to prison while you’re still a teenager? At 15, Natasha Harris lived through this experience – something thousands of children face every year, but rarely talk about. In this episode, Natasha opens up about the lack of communication, stigma, and impact of having both parents behind bars, and why she’s now speaking out.

She’s joined by Sarah Burrows, founder of Children Heard and Seen, a charity supporting children and families affected by parental imprisonment. Together, they explore what needs to change so children of prisoners are no longer the hidden victims of the justice system.
