Kelly Carmody is this week's recipient of our Alms Grant! Kelly is a middle school teacher at Eisenhower Middle School, who noticed that she was spending class time trying to calm down her students. That's where Bal-A-Vis-X comes into play. Bal-A-Vis-X is a series of Balance / Auditory / Vision eXercises of varying complexity that demands cooperation, promotes self-challenge, and fosters peer teaching.
