Two language versions, both from the 1973 album Tema De Amor De La Película "El Padrino" y otros Grandes Exitos de Películas Norteamericanas. Andy Russell was a Mexican-American singer.

The Spanish adaption was written by Cholo Baltasar, though the order and amount of lyrics do tend to differ between every artist somewhat. As such, this version has the most minor lyrical differences, mostly to the much more popular, other Andy; Williams… Or Matt Monro and Gianni Morandi.

El Padrino (The Godfather) is the title of Russell’s Spanish version which opens the album as track 1 on side [lado] A. The most often used name for that is Amor Habláme Dulcemente, though it is also known as El Milagro Del Amor or even El Milagro De Tu Amor, with some Latin American renditions then titled La Vida Es Nuestra.

The original English adaptation is by Larry Kusik. Russell titled this as it is normally known, Speak Softly Love (Love Theme From The Godfather) for track 1 on side [lado] B. Arranged for him by Chuck Anderson, conducted by Bebu Silvetti and Chico O'Farrell with their orchestras.

Original score pieces these adaptations got based on are Love Theme From The Godfather and Apollonia, composed by Nino Rota and taken from an earlier melody of his for the movie Fortunella.

Care must be taken when buying, since only this US Print LP/E-12-784 from Orfeon contains the English version as track 1 on side B. The Mexican print with the same cover, also from Orfeon and shockingly with the exact same print number, instead has Si by Hargreaves, Damerrell and Evans in it's place: Badly misprinted as, quote,
“ ) (.1.-SI (If) " .

The Spain print features the same tracklist as the Mexican one, but has a different cover art of a photo of Marlon Brando as Don Corleone. This means that all three prints have the Spanish version, but only one the English.

The sleeve is a bit jacked up, which the seller tried to mend, in the literal sense, with tape. It's holding up very well as such and would have been too much effort to edit out visually, so that is that. The record itself is in better condition. Titles written as printed.
