2 QUICK AND HEALTHY BREAKFAST RECIPES FOR WORKING WOMEN AND BUSY LADIES
Homemade Yogurt / Greek Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Chia Seeds - 1 tsp
Crushed mix barriers (as per your taste) - Fresh or frozen / I used frozen berries
Pumpkin Seeds - 1 tsp (only before serving)
Fresh berries before serving (optional)
APPLE SALAD
Homemade Yogurt / Greek Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Medium sized Apple (diced) - 1
Honey - 1 tsp
Cinnamon Powder - 1/8 tsp
Granola of your choice (before serving) - I used pumpkin seeds
Enjoy with a glass of fresh homemade buttermilk
HOMEMADE BUTTER WITH KITCHEN AID STAND MIXER
Whipping Cream (chilled) - 1 liter
Recommended to refrigerate your mixing bowl and whisk attachment
I used Speed # 2 throughout. Took about 30 minutes in total
1 Liter of Chilled Whipping Cream Prepares
Butter - 400 gram
Buttermilk - 550 ml
