After doing that lower back chassis repair in the last video on Mat Armstrong's BMW E24 635 CSI, we then headed over to the front of the chassis rail to get that cut out and investigatd. Safe to say it wasnt good. In this video we set about repairing thatfront chassis rail and making handmade panels to perfectly fit in.
This chassis rail is really getting there and it wont be long until it is done and we are stripping the rear running gear to get it on a rotisserie!!!
We still have lots of repairs to do and this is certainly a challenge, but we are up for it and will have this beauty back on the road in no time!
