Sewing DIY Underwear (out of kelp!)

Repurposing tops, using the fabric to sew underwear! No, not really out of kelp, that sounds…. slimy. Im going through the process quite thoroughly and all you need is an underwear pattern and I think you will be able to follow along and make yourself some kelp.. sorry stretch fabric underwear.
