A Week in My Bicoastal Nurse Life: Duval Nurse Social, Pilates, Mom Mode & Back to Cali

In this vlog, I take you through a real week in my bicoastal nurse life — starting with my Duval Nurse Social in Jacksonville, FL! It was such a beautiful night connecting with other nurses, celebrating our wins, and just enjoying good vibes together. We even ended the night with an after-party at Bar Taco (because what’s an event without tacos and margaritas? 🌮🍹).

The next day, my talent manager and business assistant Fatima and I went to a Pilates event at Bentley, and then the rest of the vlog slows down a bit — just me being in my Florida routine: school drop-offs, Pilates sessions, and mom life when I’m off work.

Finally, I hop on a pretty much empty Delta flight back to California, and we wrap up with a little chat about upcoming work and my five-day stretch back at the hospital.

It’s a full mix of nurse life, creator life, and mom life — the real behind-the-scenes of living bicoastal and building balance.
