Due to a greater danger of fires in the past, night watchmen patrolled villages and towns at night and made sure they were safe from "the red rooster" all the while people slept peacefully. We are deeply honoured that an esteemed Irish fiddler Tola Custy helped us create the magical atmosphere that we wished to achieve.
