‘Where exactly is SEGRO Park?’
Many of us in Coventry haven't even heard of it before. SEGRO Park is a brand new business park located just south of Coventry Airport. It’s still largely under construction, with DHL being the only business currently operating while most of the site remains a construction zone.
On 1st September 2024, National Express Coventry extended the route 13 to serve SEGRO Park, starting from Willenhall. The 13 now also serves Jaguar Land Rover in Coventry.
In this video, we're on one of their ADL Enviro400 City-bodied BYD Electric buses, travelling from Coventry City Centre to SEGRO Park via Binley Mega Chippy(!) and Willenhall. The bus, with fleet number E074 (LG72 DUU), is named after a well-known bus enthusiast in Coventry, Chris Wookey.
