Another day on form staying in calories and also enjoying foods I like….I’m lucky in a way as I have a higher end of calories at the moment but not lucky in the other hand as I’m only having more calories as I have a larger body frame 🤨…however in time these will come down and I will get less and less as time goes on.
A collected a few bits from Olio also as I rarely keep bits from the collections I do as a volunteer as im happy to just see them collexted, but will collect a few bits off others if I see them. If u don’t have Olio it’s an app just down load it and verify your mobile number and start saving food waste 😋 it’s totally free food for ANYBODY and the aim of the game is to stop the thousands and thousands of food items going into landfill…enjoy ! X
