Daytime ride heading home after getting a Cardo installed at Cycle Gear.
This was my first motorcycle — my 2012 Yamaha YZF-R6 — and this clip comes from the early days of riding. I didn’t have a dedicated mic yet, so all the audio is from the DJI camera mic. There’s a lot of wind noise, but you can still hear the bike a bit. The exhaust was completely stock.
I’m wearing a Sedici Strada 3 helmet in this video — the same helmet that later saved my life that year.
Just an early ride, a stock bike, and real riding footage.
