In this guided meditation, I walk you through the full process of working with crystal energy step by step. We will slow your breath, regulate the nervous system, and work with crystal energy through sensation and focused intention. This is a practice you can return to when a crystal first enters your collection, when you want to cleanse and reconnect with a stone you haven’t worked with in a while, or when you want to deepen your relationship with a crystal you already love.

Crystals form over long geological periods under specific conditions that create highly ordered atomic structures. This stability is one reason crystals are used in watches, electronics, and communication systems. When we work with crystals through breath and intention, the body can begin to entrain to that stability, making crystal activation a lived experience rather than a mental concept.
