The Sustainability Advisory Board consists of seven (7) members appointed for three (3) year terms. The board acts in an advisory capacity to the City Council. Its duties are to identify topics related to environmental quality and sustainability, such as air and water quality, pollution prevention, solid waste disposal and recycling, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and green building, and to advise the City Council on plans, policies, and actions related to those topics.
