For those of you watching who know Nottingham, you will probably recognise this iconic building as the old Civic Centre.

Home to Rushcliffe Borough Council since the early 80's this unique building was originally built back in 1964 as the Bridgford Hotel. Back in the late 60's early 70's this was also home to the famous 99 night club.

Completely redeveloped by Monk Estates this iconic building is now home to 121 luxury apartments ranging from one bedroom, right up to three bedroom duplex penthouses. The interior specification is top rate and the views just incredible!
