Here's the hardware I used to create my mini E-drum setup all on a single stand. Very easy to transport around and takes up just as much room as a guitarist with a pedalboard. This minimalistic setup has multiple options and variations you can work with and I tried to use different kinds of hardware to experiment with to find out which item is the most efficient and flexible to work with.
UPDATE: no longer using the Gibraltar attachment for additional crash pad, its too heavy takes away from the minimalistic setup. Also I swapped the Roland FD-8 hi-hat controller for an M-Audio SP-1 sustain pedal which is much easier to transport and again takes up less room on stage.
