This Chair Yoga class will help you both loosen up and stabilize your hips for better balance.
The class opens with a guided breath awareness meditation. The first half hour is practiced seated in the chair. Then we do a standing practice with the option to hold onto the back of the chair. We end with a seated stretch for the hips before our final seated relaxation.
