A thermocouple on the co-pilot side windshield has failed causing a WNSHLD HEAT DEGRADE CAS message. It was determined that a replacement was needed. Western Aircraft did an excellent job replacing the windshield in record time. It's time to get the PC-24 moved back to KSAT and back in service.
