What is valid video ??
Once u receive the packet open it before 24 hrs. show the parcel 360 degree (4 sides ). Show the front track id too and then start cutting and don’t stop the video till end. Only returns can be accepted if any thing broken/ missed shown
in this valid video. The video must be clear and visible. Pls don’t mange items with one hand while opening which may cause breakage when u twist the long chains.
