Leukocyte transmigration -白血球の血管外への移動（遊出）-

Large cells flowing through the blood vessels are leukocytes.
When infection or inflammation occurs, leukocytes transmigrate the blood vessel and move to the site.
How do they transmigrate vessels to the extravascular space?
At first it rolls on the vascular endothelial cells and eventually remains in one place and crawl out of the blood vessel.
Several leukocytes are crawling into the same place in the blood vessel.
Apparently there seems to be a spot where leukocytes can pass.

血管の中を流れる大きな細胞は白血球です。白血球は感染や炎症が起こると血管から組織へ遊出しその現場に移動します。
どのように、流れる血液中から組織へと遊出するのでしょう。
はじめは血管内皮細胞の上を転がり、やがて１つの場所にとどまって血管の外へ這い出します。
いくつもの白血球が血管の同じ場所に潜り込んでいきます。どうやら白血球が通過しやすい場所があるようです。
