It’s not too common to get an 8 car D set service on the CCN as may services are run using a 10 car set. On weekends, the majority of services on the CCN are also run by a 10 car set, with fewer 4 or 6 car services as well as weekdays.
As of 13/10/2025, the D sets entered revenue service on the Blue Mountains Line.
