How to Draw in the Glow (or Neon) Effect [easy] with

I drew this Among Us Astronaut drawing to demonstrate how to draw in the Glow (or Neon) Effect easy. This Glow effect tutorial walks through the process of using Posca Markers to create the Glow or Neon style.
