She is so silly. I have fishing line along the line of arborvitae at the beginning of the video. It is there because the deer trash the trees when rut starts and don't leave them alone until spring. This helps deter them. She's used to crossing without interference. She keeps forcing her way through and getting tangled in the line and snapping it. I was trying to redirect her away from it. We go through this daily. She makes me laugh.
I wish I had been filming yesterday afternoon when walking her. Down at the creek across from the wood duck house, five mallards and one blue heron flew out of the water! We scared the bejesus out of each other! Then, a little further along, I saw a muskrat swimming in the creek.
There wasn't anything that eventful today, but it was one of the most perfect walks. The sky, the snow, my puppy, the temperature... everything was so perfect.
