How to find Sea Trout & Redfish inshore Charleston SC

Inshore Kayak fishing in Charleston SC. How to find redfish and sea trout inshore!

This week brought some cooler temps and clearer water. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get out until late in the day and around low tide. However, as the tide began to move so did the bite. We picked up our fish working the deep edges of oysters at low tide and grass edges as the tide came up.

All fish were caught on 3” Z man MinnowZ with a 1/8oz trout eye. Colors we used were mainly Opening Night due to extreme clarity.
