01 dodge dakota 4.7 v8 filter, kickdown, transmission pan, and speed senor replacement.
After everything check your fluid level after adding 4 to 5 quarts while its running, parking brake on, and in Nuteral. It should say what type on the dipstick! shift to reverse and then to dive then recheck it dipping it 4 times to push the oil down the fill cylinder. When it's sitting well at the cold mark your all set! if it still shifts hard after then check it again after diving and add more if needed. low fuild will make it shift uneasy too.
