For today's sketchbook session, I combine two very unlikely mediums—GOUACHE and SOFT PASTELS—to create a different look for my usual portraits! Holbein Gouache has a smooth, opaque finish and Arrtx soft pastels have their rich, blendable texture so it will be so fun explore the possibilities of these two contrasting materials.
