4 Tablespoons Refined Coconut Oil

Filling -
1 cup Raw Cashews
1 cup Coconut Cream
8 ounces of Vegan Cream Cheese
2/3 cup Pure Maple Syrup
2 Tablespoons Arrowroot or Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 teaspoons Lemon Zest
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Pinch of Salt
