Storyline:

Derek is at the pool with Jackson (the Kanima) Erica nor Stiles were there. Derek falls in the pool. Stiles was on his way to the school because Derek called him there. On his way there Stiles sees Lydia crying in her car (Not shown) and he stops to talk to her. Ofcourse he has no idea Derek is drowning, still after a few minutes he runs to the pool. There he sees Derek in the pool, he doesn't know Derek has already drowned so he calls 911 and dives in to rescue Derek. He pulls him our the pool and tries to wake him up. Within a few minutes the ambulances and police are there. Stiles dad takes him outside and talks to him. Stiles tells him he's fine, like always. Then Stiles sees Derek's body being brought to that ambulance, that's when he realizes Derek is dead. Ofcourse he blames himself, after all he could've been there earlier if he hadn't stopped at Lydia's car... Scott comes to pick Stiles up and bring him home, Stiles tells him he blames himself and Scott tries to tell him it's not his fault. He then drops Stiles of at home. Here Stiles thinks about Derek and everything that happened today. The last part with Derek is Stiles favourite memory of him. That was when he really started to trust Derek, that's when he really started to love him.

A few weeks later Stiles goes to the shrink at his school, he still blames himself and he misses Derek like crazy. Ofcourse being Stiles he researched everything about drowning and it helped a little knowing Derek felt some peace at the end. The shrink tells Stiles that he needs to keep going.
