We visited the Red Kite Feeding Station at Bellymack Hill Farm, Laurieston, Castle Douglas on the outskirts of the Galloway Forest Park. The Red Kite Feeding Station is part of the Galloway Kite Trail which route takes you around Loch Ken.
Watch these graceful birds of prey up close are they swoop and dive for the food. Magnificent spectacle to watch.
Also at the Red Kite Feeding Station these is a walking trail, some goats and a pig as well a small area for the kids to play!
The views up on the hill are just beautiful.
