“Simple Gobi Manchurian 🌶️ No maida | No cornflour | Easy stir-fry”
🌶️ Gobi Manchurian (Simple • Clean Version)
🥦 Ingredients
• Cauliflower (gobi) – 1 medium (florets)
• Water – for boiling
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Sliced garlic – 1 tbsp
• Onion – ½ cup (sliced or cubed)
• Capsicum – ½ cup
• Chilli sauce – 1 to 1½ tbsp
• Gobi Manchurian powder – 1½ to 2 tsp
• Soya sauce – 1 tbsp (optional)
• Salt – only if needed
• Spring onion greens / coriander – for garnish

👩🍳 Method
1. Boil Gobi
Boil cauliflower florets in hot water with a pinch of salt for 3–4 minutes.
Drain well.
2. Sauté Garlic
Heat oil in a pan.
Add sliced garlic and sauté on low–medium flame till lightly golden.
3. Add Veggies
Add onion and capsicum.
Stir fry on high flame for 1–2 minutes.
4. Add Sauces & Masala
Lower the flame.
Add chilli sauce, Manchurian powder and (optional) soya sauce.
Mix quickly.
5. Add Gobi
Add boiled gobi and toss well on high flame for 2–3 minutes.
6. Finish
Check salt (add only if needed).
Garnish with spring onion greens or coriander.
