The Ombudsman has filed its third batch of cases related to the flood control scandal before the courts. Former senator Bong Revilla and six former officials and staff of the DPWH-Bulacan 1st District Engineering Office face graft and malversation charges over an alleged ghost flood control project in Pandi, Bulacan. According to the Office of the Ombudsman, no bail has been recommended for the malversation case.
