The CIAA Basketball Tournament was scheduled to start in Baltimore 2/23/21 through 2/27/21. I have been to a number of these tournaments in Norfolk, and Richmond Virginia. It is a unique event in Black America. HBCU's from South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Maryland compete. It's not just a Basketball Tournament, it's cultural with a chance to see and be seen. Here's preview of the virtual event and hoping for 2022.
