MindsEye VS a 21 Year Old GTA Game

I just got my hands on MindsEye which was made by Build a Rocket Boy on Unreal Engine 5.

Some articles have claimed that Grand Theft Auto Series will have a new competitor, but by the looks of it MindsEye lack some core mechanics like NPC Logic and AI that are crucial to make a Game worth playing, MindsEye also lack some core mechanics like Police, Fire Damage Physics and much more.
