INGREDIENTS :
1 1/2 Cups of All purpose flour
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Softened Butter
2 Large Eggs
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C or 375°F.
2. Make Lemon sugar, Lemon Zest+Sugar.
3. Cream the butter and the lemon sugar.
4. Add eggs one at a time and beat smoothly.
5. Add Lemon Juice and Vanilla Extract.
6. Mix flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and salt.
7. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients add half dry ingredients and add milk repeat the process until the flour is fully combined.
8. Toss the Blueberries with 1 tablespoon of flour to avoid sinking.
9. Fill the batter in any mould of your choice.
10. Sprinkle some sugar on the top.
11. Bake for 25 To 30 Minutes.
