Jack Frost was attempting to speak to Man in Moon about how he didn't feel like he was cut out to be a Guardian and how the last light, the last person who believes in them, is nowhere to be found. He flashes back to when they were discussing wither or not to bother finding the child as all seemed hopeless, but North manages to lift their spirits. Despite that though, it is shown that they all searched but came up empty. After 13 years, they all just all seem to have given up.

Jack decides to go back to his old ways of pulling pranks and causing mischief. After getting back into a more pleasant mood, he rides the wind in search of a new place he could have fun in. While flying about he spots a mysterious ice castle. Upon entering the castle he admired its beauty in awe; that is until he saw someone running up the stairs.

Going up the stairs he sees Elsa running into a room as he mused out load in wonder of why she was running so frightened. Elsa speaks out in fright of him, causing Jack to realize that he is for once being acknowledged. Elsa lashes out at him, but he quickly reassured her that he wouldn't harm her and revealed to her who he was.

Elsa then revealed that she had always believed in Jack Frost, though as it turns out he was the only of the spirits she believed him (except for Pitch of course). As Jack mused over this fact he soon realized that the fact that she still believed in one of them and that she could see him; that she was the last light they've been frantically searching for all these years.

Jack declares, much to the dismay of Elsa, that he is going to go and tell the others he found her. Elsa tries to tell him that she doesn't want other to know where she was but it fell on deaf ears as Jack was too excited to really listen. Taking off, Jack heads out to inform the Guardians.
