Pre TORFROCK/ Basia 1975-1977 "Dreamland" in HD

Im Folgenden seht ihr eine Minidoku aus der Zeit von 1975 bis 1977, der ersten gemeinsamen Schaffensphase von Klaus Büchner und mir – von der Gruppe „Basia“ bis zur Entstehung der Band „Torfrock“. Bis heute gab es darüber so gut wie keine Zeitdokumente, doch... zack, nach schlappen vier Jahrzehnten halte ich 102 Fotos aus der Anfangszeit in den Händen, die den weiten Weg von Australien zu mir gefunden haben.Diesen Schatz an Erinnerungen verdanken wir Hajo Olert . Hajo hat uns damals tatkräftig und mit ganzem Herzen unterstützt. Ob als Fahrer, Fotograf, Kassierer, derjenige, der einen morgens weckt, vonne Groupies runter zerrt oder was immer so 'ne junge Band sonst noch braucht. Da es keine Tonaufnahmen aus der der alten Zeit gibt, habe ich die Bilder mit einem Basia Song unterlegt, den ich mit Klaus (Lead Vocal / Bass recorder) und Leyla Schmidt-Wichmann (Backing Vocals) vor ca. 10 Jahren in meinem Studio neu eingespielt habe.

In the following you can see a minidocumentary from the time between 1975 and 1977, the first joint creative phase of Klaus Büchner and me - from the group "Basia" to the formation of the band "Torfrock". Until today there were almost no contemporary documents about it, but... bang, after four decades I hold 102 photos from the early days in my hands, which have found their way from Australia to me. We owe this treasure of memories to Hajo Olert. Hajo supported us at that time energetically and with all his heart. Whether as driver, photographer, cashier, the one who wakes you up in the morning, pulls you down from groupies or whatever else a young band needs. Since there are no sound recordings from the old days, I have underlaid the pictures with a Basia song, which I recorded with Klaus (lead vocal / bass recorder) and Leyla Schmidt-Wichmann (backing vocals) in my studio about 10 years ago.
