The Ultra Gobi 400k is a 400-kilometer (250-mile) race that takes place in the Gobi Desert in northern China every October. It is a self-supported, self-navigated, epic desert adventure. This year, I had the pleasure of toeing the line with some of the most experienced international athletes from around the globe. I went in with high expectations, but all of them were exceeded during this experience. This truly was a once in a lifetime moment for me that I will treasure forever.
