Are you prepared to write someone else a pay check to do your job?
Grow but don't grow too fast. If you can't manage it what good is the business you've built?
If you're not growing you're dying. We often frame it this way at Burns, You're either green and growing or ripe and rotting.
As a business owner, you are just two bad decisions away from ruining everything.
