BEEF LASAGNA
Ingredients for the red sauce:
1/4 cup olive oil
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 cups chopped onions
1/2 kg beef minced meat
1 cup ketchup
1 cup pizza/pasta sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp crushed chilli flakes
Ingredients for the white sauce:
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 and 1/2 chicken cube
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp mixed herbs
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups milk
1 cup cheddar cheese
Ingredients for the toppings:
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 sliced capsicum
1 sliced tomato (de-seeded)
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 tsp oregano
Lasgana sheets:
400 grams or 1 pack of uncooked lasgana sheets
Preheating time: 20 mins
Preheating temperature: 180 degrees centigrade
Baking time: 15 mins with lower rod on and 5-8 mins with upper rod on
Baking temperature: 180 degrees centigrade
