Varietals Episode 1: Cabernet Sauvignon

This is the first episode in my new series, Varietals. In this series I will be talking about different grape varietals and discuss where they come from, some flavor profiling, and some basic food pairings. Today's grape is Cabernet Sauvignon. I also forgot to mention, for all of our vegans and vegetarians, mushrooms go great with Cabernet Sauvignon. The glass you want to use is a Bordeaux glass.
