Under the Sea Balloon Garland Tutorial | How to Make a Balloon Garland

For my birthday this year, I decided to make an under the sea balloon garland creation!

Get ready, cause this was a big one! This one definitely took longer than pretty much all of my other creations so far, and I got to make & use all sorts of things in it: a full balloon garland (complete with orbz, quick links, aqua bobo bubble balloons & more), plus some seaweed, foils, and more!
