all purpose flour 3 cups / 400g
semolina 2-3 tbs
salt 1 tsp
carom seeds 1/2 tsp
ghee 3-4 tbs

green gram beans ( daal moong ) 1/2 cup
salt 1/2 tsp
red chili flakes 1 tsp
termuric powder 1/2 tsp
coriander powder 1 tbs
cumin 1 tsp
coriander leaves as required
🔷️ Ingredients for achari aloo
oil 3-4 tbs
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
red chili flakes 1 tbs
termuric powder 1/2 tsp
cumin 1 tsp
fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
nigella seeds ( kalonji ) 1/2 tsp
patato 200-300g
green chili chopped as required
coriander leaves
tamrind ( imli ) pulp 4-5 tbs
