The Biocarbon Utilization and Sequestration Lab is located within the NC State University Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering. MS graduate Lillian Lower successfully defended her thesis titled Thermophilic Anaerobic Digestion of Lemnaceae for Biogas Production, funded by the N.C. Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Bioenergy Research Initiative. She is currently working towards her doctoral degree in biological and agricultural engineering.
