Part 3 of the Powerstroke project. In this video, things take a slight turn. Instead of putting the Powerstroke in the 74, I've decided to swap out the old IDI in the 73 for the Powerstroke. The IDI will live on in the 74, and I think this will suit both projects better in the long run. Either way, the information for swapping in these diesels will be the same. I walk through front clip removal on a dentside Ford, and talk about what I had to modify to adapt the 73 cab on to the 84 frame. Next video is all about wiring, and hopefully it'll start!
Double feature this month! I'm trying to keep a 1 vid a month schedule, but I have a family and a couple jobs, so things are sporadic at best.
