What I Learned After 4 Days of Daily Uploads | Day 5/56

Day 5/56.

For the last 4 days of daily uploads, I’ve been winging it. In this video I’m breaking down what I’ve learned so far and the system I’m putting in place so the next videos are more entertaining, more consistent, and way less stressful.

This series is my birthday gift to myself: one video every day until February 28th.
The goal isn’t perfect videos — it’s building the system so I can keep posting consistently long-term.

Goals for this series
Reach 500 subscribers by February 28
Upload one longform video every day
Post 1 Short per long video (Shorts will advertise the full upload)
Build a repeatable system I can use for the rest of my YouTube career

Lessons I learned (so far)
I need measurable goals (not just “upload daily”)
I need a running list of video ideas so I’m not stuck when it’s time to record
I need a real filming schedule — and I want to get ahead instead of uploading at the last minute
