Happy Tutorial Tuesday!!
Twin hoop tutorial with Jasmine Kienne: Isolation vs. reverse cascading smear (wall plane).
Right hoop:
1. Start with hoop framing knees.
2. Pull straight up with an outside grip, palm facing in to frame the face and shoulders.
3. Pull out first finger and regrip to an inside grip.
4. Half isolation down to 6 o’clock.
5. Half smear around left elbow to 12 o’clock.
6. Half extension down to original position
Left hoop:
1. Hoop begins framing the knees
2. Use outside grip to pull hoop straight up to frame face and shoulders.
3. Pull first finger out and regrip to inside grip.
4. Half isolation down to 6 o’clock.
5. Half smear around left shoulder to 12 o’clock.
6. Half extension down to original position.
