My exact detox for 7oh. 3 days of PTO and 1 week of planning ahead. Cold turkey with helper meds.

I have successfully detoxed from 7oh Three times using this method. It was bearable. I am not a doctor, so obviously please do your own research. This method was 100% successful and relied on me having an additional person help me get through the process.

I have a job that I have to be at regularly, so this involved me taking one day of PTO and calling in sick two days during the start of the next week.

I was back to work the next day after.

Find a trusted friend, communicate a plan with them, go to the doctor and get helper meds, lock yourself in your house through the detox, have your friend help and support you, and finally enjoy what it's like to not have 7-0 in your system anymore.

Nothing in this process accounts for how you're going to stay sober after. You still have to find ways to deal with the cravings. I touch on it in this, but I would recommend going to recovery meetings or following what I did to not have access to it.

7OH withdrawal is absolutely miserable. You will feel like you're going to die through a lot of it. But I was always able to make it through the other side.

I would recommend not making any more excuses in doing it. You now have a plan that will work.
