In this video, I am sharing the 5 harsh lessons that I learned when competing in this years 2025 Pokemon World Championships in the Masters VGC Division.

I wanted to talk about these 5 truths for a few reasons.

The first reason is so that you can learn from my first time experience without having to had been there because I represent you, the busy with life pokemon vgc dreamer who finally made it. This was made so I can share this with you and not "if"... but "WHEN" you make it and qualify for the 2026 VGC Pokemon World Championships you can be prepared for these things that no one else has talked about.

The second reason I made this is for myself, to reflect out loud what I learned so I can understand deeply what I went through, feel every emotion, and document what was me making a dream come true and learning in time. I had all these pokemon vgc worlds reflections that I just needed to get out of my head and into words that I could hear myself.

My last reason is because I just think its cool that I did this and I am proud that I had the chance to go through this and I wanted to make a video like this that can hopefully inspire people the same way it does myself, and maybe help a younger version of me out there somewhere.
